Google App's consists of many different features such as an email account, online calendars, word documents along with other documents and Google video to name a few. What this does is it eliminates companies having to install software on each and every individual computer within the office. Another advantage to SaaS is instead of having to pay large amounts on money for software you can pay monthly or only pay for as much as the software is used.
